Soporte de pedidos: Not able to launch application

We are trying to configure kiosk startup page to launch MS Word, Excel etc. Word won't launch when clicking on button. Please advise. Thank you.

If you are referring to trying to launch an application from the Start Screen start page template in SiteKiosk 9.1, you will need to add quotes around the path to the exe for your application. This issue will be fixed in the next release.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\Excel.exe"
